What tests should I order on my patient! What do I do if I get "stumped"?

Handling someone who is not responding to your present treatment leaves you with the option of referring him or her elsewhere and hoping your colleague will have knowledge that can "sort it out". Your colleague may be using a lab test you are not aware of that could reveal the your patients lack of response.

Understanding the unique biochemical individuality of a person cannot be done with any one or even several tests.
